CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made up to 10 days prior to scheduled arrival time or full payment will be charged. Anyone wishing to cancel within the 10 days' prior to arrival time, will be charged a $25 Administration fee, per room, per night. The payment will be charged to the credit card number given at the time the reservation was made. In lieu of full payment, the $25 may be applied to the next reservation, if one is made on the same day as the cancellation is made.

Gift Certificate Redemption: Cancellation after the allotted time stated above equals gift certificate redemption.

DEPOSIT
A $25 non-refundable deposit, per room, per night, will be charged to your credit card at the time reservation is made. This amount is deducted from your total at the time of checkout.

CHECK-IN: 4 - 8 p.m.
Arrangements can be made for early key pick up. We will work with those who need to pick up keys and drop off luggage prior to the normal check-in time.

CHECK-OUT: 11 a.m.
We understand that sometimes it is necessary for guests to have a late checkout. In those instances, please make arrangements ahead of time, and we will work with your schedule. However, guests not checking out until after the check-out time of 11 a.m., without prior consideration, may be charged an hourly fee of $20. If you leave late, but do not make prior arrangements, you may well be interrupted by the cleaning crew!

BREAKFAST & EVENING MEALS
Breakfast is served daily. Breakfast trays are delivered to suites only between 9-10 a.m. everyday. For an earlier breakfast, a continental breakfast basket will be in your room upon arrival. (A microwave is available in main dining room for all guests.)

Full evening meals are available. Prior notice is required.

An INFORMATION SHEET in each room is provided! Please read for instructions for Jacuzzi and fireplace use, as well as a list of our in-house rules.

NO OILS, waxes or other substances, other than what we provide, may be used in the Jacuzzi tubs.

One candle is provided in the Roselund and Jacqueline Jacuzzi suites. For safety reasons, NO CANDLE is allowed in Emily's English Attic.

CLEANING FEES: Begin at $150 for any of the following. Spilled wax, cigarette smoke or the smell of cigarette smoke in the room, waxy, oily, or colored substances left on tub or shower walls, floors, walls, refrigerator, dressers, or linens, or anywhere else in the room, porch or patio. This fee will be applied to your credit card and you will receive a letter with attached credit card receipt in the mail explaining the reason(s) for the charge(s).

UPON ARRIVAL: If something should come up and no one is here when you arrive, an envelope with your name will be taped to the inside front door of the main house. Instructions to your room location, and keys to your room, will be inside the envelope.
